Aprueba los procedimientos para la organización, operación y mantenimiento de los sistemas de riego, drenaje agrícola y abasto de agua a los animales; así como las regulaciones referentes a la calidad del agua, la eficiencia y las normas netas de riego.
Aprueba las NORMAS PARA LA ORGANIZACIÓN DE LAS ÁREAS DE TRABAJO DE LOS TALLERES DE LAS UNIDADES PRODUCTORAS, UNIDADES EMPRESARIALES DE BASE PRESTADORAS DE SERVICIO DE LAS EMPRESAS AGROPECUARIAS, FORESTALES Y AZUCARERAS, DE LAS EMPRESAS PROVINCIALES Y DE LAS PLANTAS NACIONALES.
